Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager at ARCADE Bar & Club, located in Sydney, NSW. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, optimising social media presence, and analysing performance metrics. Day-to-day tasks include crafting and scheduling posts, managing social media interactions, monitoring trends, and coordinating with the marketing team to align social media activities with overall marketing goals.

PART TIME - 3 DAYS A WEEK

Qualifications / Role

  • This is a Full-time role/ part-time may be considered.
  • Must be Proficient in Meta and TikTok.
  • Video and image creation skill set.
  • Have used platforms such as Canva / Lightbox/Adobe or equivalent.
  • Strong Communication skills and ability to engage with the audience
  • Expertise in Content Strategy and Writing skills
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Experience in using social media management tools and analytics
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
  • Proven experience in managing social media platforms for a brand
