About the role

South East Plastering Projects is seeking an experienced Plasterer to join our growing team on the Sunshine Coast, with head office based out of Caloundra, Queensland.

As a qualified or apprenticeship Plasterer, you will be responsible for working within our team on all aspects of the job:

  • Sheeting
  • Setting
  • Sanding
  • Both cornice & square set finish
  • Working on residential and commercial projects

What you'll be doing

  • Ability to sheet and set in all projects
  • Sanding and finishing surfaces to a high standard
  • Repairing and patching existing plaster as required
  • Maintaining a safe and organised work environment
  • Collaborating with the construction team to ensure efficient project completion

What we're looking for

  • At least 3 years' experience as a qualified or within an apprenticeship as a Plasterer, with a thorough understanding of plastering techniques and materials
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality finishes
  • Good physical stamina and the ability to work on your feet for extended periods
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
  • A current driver's licence and reliable transportation (own car)
