We are seeking a skilled tradesperson to join a busy team on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. This role offers not only secure, full-time work but also the chance to enjoy an enviable lifestyle surrounded by stunning beaches, hinterland, and a welcoming community.

The Role

As a Solid Plasterer, you will be responsible for preparing, applying, and finishing plaster and render coatings to a consistently high standard. This includes everything from surface preparation, priming, and base coats to decorative finishes such as Venetian plaster and concrete effects. You will work with a strong focus on safety, precision, and quality, ensuring polished and durable results on every project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Measuring, mixing, and applying plaster/render materials to specification
  • Preparing and protecting surfaces prior to application
  • Applying primer coats, reinforcement layers, and textured finishes
  • Using decorative techniques including Microcement and Venetian Plaster
  • Leading and collaborating with team members to deliver projects on time and to an exceptional standard
  • Ensuring compliance with all Queensland safety standards
