The Role

We're looking for a confident, detail-driven Commercial Property Manager who takes ownership and delivers.

This is a hands-on role managing a quality portfolio of commercial properties — no micromanagement, just solid support and the autonomy to do your job well.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee maintenance, quotes, insurance claims, and contractor coordination
  • Conduct routine, ingoing, and outgoing inspections with precision
  • Handle lease renewals, arrears management, and tenant communications
  • Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and trades
  • Ensure every property is managed to the Adelaide Commercial Real Estate's standard — with care and accountability

What You'll Bring

  • Current Real Estate Licence (essential)
  • Driver's licence and reliable vehicle (essential)
  • Experience in commercial or residential property management
  • Strong communicator — professional, calm, and solutions-focused
  • Organised and proactive, with sharp attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office; Cirrus8 experience a plus
  • A team player who values quality over quantity
