As our Consultant, Talent Acquisition at NAB, you will play a critical role in identifying and securing top talent to support NAB's growth across Lending. Your responsibilities will include strategic sourcing, lead generation, and converting prospective candidates into high performing team members. Leveraging your expertise in recruitment, particularly within lending, you will establish strong professional relationships and attract leading candidates in line with our strategy.

This position draws on your extensive experience across the secured lending recruitment market. Proven in strategic sourcing and high demand project delivery, you'll have the chance to create meaningful, positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Success in this role will rely on your exceptional negotiation and interpersonal abilities, supported by an extensive network in the lending or specialist markets. The ability to manage multiple national projects concurrently, while demonstrating proactivity, resilience, results orientation, and adaptability to change, is essential. Additionally, demonstrated proficiency in sourcing secured lending professionals and in-depth knowledge of lending market remuneration structures including guidance on counteroffer negotiations will be imperative for this position.
