We are seeking a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead enterprise-wide talent strategy in a fast-paced, client-driven environment. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this critical leadership role is responsible for anticipating future workforce needs, aligning talent supply with demand, and ensuring the firm attracts, develops, and retains high-performing people wherever they are in their career from graduates to experienced professionals. With a strong commercial lens, you will connect workforce strategy directly to practice group needs, and growth priorities.

As a trusted strategic advisor, you will design and execute integrated talent acquisition and workforce planning strategies that are data-driven, forward-looking, and solutions focused. You will help grow and design workforce forecasting and analytics, providing insight into capability gaps, and emerging skill requirements while overseeing end-to-end recruitment for both graduate and experienced professional roles. This role is hands on and leads and develops a small Talent Acquisition team, champions a compelling employer brand, and drives continuous improvement across systems, processes, and technology to enhance hiring quality, speed, and workforce agility.
