  • Warm and pre-qualified leads - no cold calling
  • Nurturing leads and opportunities to convert to finance, sourcing and/or disposal of a vehicle, including providing lease quotations, assisting with credit applications, vehicle sourcing or liaising with external dealers
  • Providing exceptional customer service and education throughout the process to achieve strong NPS results
  • Ensuring compliance and consistent application of policies, guidelines, procedures, and legislation
  • Meeting targets set for each KPI (including growth in transaction, customer satisfaction and compliance) on an ongoing basis
Your skills and experience
  • Your attitude is more important - they hire on culture and value career progression
  • Ideally you will have at least 1 year's sales experience - open to industry
  • Call centre experience is advantageous but not essential
  • You have the natural ability and desire to help others and are passionate about providing excellent service
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills should be second nature to you
  • You are known for your attention to detail, time management and resilience
