Registered Painters Pty Ltd is a family-owned, commercial painting company with a strong reputation across WA. We've secured a long pipeline of projects in Perth Metro and occasional regional WA, and we're looking for an experienced Painter who can bring proven leadership, quality workmanship, and a results-driven approach to our team.

We want someone who has already worked on commercial projects, knows how to get the best from their team, and can deliver high standards safely and efficiently.

About You:

  • Qualified painter & decorator with proven leadership experience in commercial projects
  • Completed Certificate III in Painting and Decorating or equivalent trade qualification
  • Track record of meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality results
  • Strong natural leadership qualities with the ability to get the best out of a team
  • Able to confidently read and interpret site plans
  • Results-driven, can-do attitude with strong problem-solving skills
  • Full, clean Australian driver's licence (minimum Class C)& own reliable transport (essential)
  • White Card (essential); EWP, Working at Heights, or other tickets (desirable)
  • References required – we want proven performers who can back their experience
  • Australian work rights or valid work visa (essential)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a qualified painter with at least 2 years in a lead hand or supervisory role on commercial projects

Location: Perth Metro + occasional regional projects
