Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Panel beater/spray painter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicle bodywork to its original condition. This includes dent removal, panel replacement, welding, and refinishing to manufacturer standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess damaged vehicles and determine appropriate repair methods.
  • Remove, repair, and replace damaged panels, frames, and chassis components.
  • Use specialized tools and techniques, including welding, grinding, and filling.
  • Straighten bent frames and realign vehicle structures.
  • Work closely with spray painters and other technicians to ensure a smooth repair process.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Follow industry and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a panel beater or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques and tools.
  • Ability to work with a variety of materials, including steel and aluminum.
  • Welding and metalworking skills.
  • Attention to detail and quality workmanship.
