We are inviting expressions of interest for the role of Sector Lead Governance & Performance for IS within the Strategy & Growth team, reporting to the EGM.

This role will ensure strategic alignment and performance optimisation across the opportunity pipeline. It governs pursuit decisions, monitors pipeline performance against strategic objectives, and ensures compliance with internal processes to maximise win rates and strategic outcomes. The role also delivers performance reporting and insights, supports bid teams with analytics and partner fitment assessments, and works closely with growth teams to validate pricing strategies and enhance market positioning.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in governance, analytics, and/or commercial oversight with a strategic and operational appetite. This role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Perth.
