About the Role

We have an exciting opportuntiy for candidates looking for Casual work to join our down to earth and tight knit Team.

Based in Berklely Vale, we produce the brand vege delights,  and are proud of our contribution to Sanitarium's purpose of "Changing lives everyday through whole person health".

Key Responsibilities

• Packing product
• Completing quality checks
• Data entry and completion of production paperwork
• Safely operate manufacturing equipment and ensure production lines are running smoothly.
• Moving of materials and good housekeeping.
• Basic trouble shooting of equipment.
• Other general duties.

Skills and Experience

The following are essential criteria for the successful candidate:

• Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
• Ability to stay focused, attention to detail and use initiative.
• Ability to perform repetitive manual handling tasks.
• Awareness and commitment to workplace food and people safety.
• Experience working with Food is advantageous however what is more important to us is the ability to be a strong team player and work autonomously when required.

Shifts

Preference will be given to staff that have flexibility to cover both of the following shifts.

Processing Shift (Day)

• Monday 7:00am -3:00pm
• Tuesday  7:00am -3:00pm
• Wednesday  7:00am -3:00pm
• Thursday  7:00am -3:00pm
• Friday 6:00am – 12:00pm

Packing Shift (Afternoon)

• Monday 9:30am - 6:00pm
• Tuesday  9:30am - 6:00pm
• Wednesday  9:30am - 6:00pm
• Thursday  9:30am - 6:00pm
