The Role:

Our project team is expanding This role for a Workshop Supervisor to be based onsite at our Naval Base Location in the south in Western Australia. This role will be reporting to the Plant Manager and will work closely with site personnel onsite ensuring prompt project delivery and quality works.

• 5:2 Roster – Monday - Friday
• Based at Naval Base
• Immediate Start

In addition to working with a great team, the successful applicant will receive ongoing project exposure allowing you to further develop your technical and leadership skills. There will be an opportunity for a strong performer to progress their career and move into senior roles or onto various pipeline projects.

The successful applicant will ideally have:

• Previous experience in a similar role is a must (5 years +)
• Previous experience in a heavy industrial environment
• Strong Mechanical experience, Hydraulic/Pneumatic experience is desirable
• Strong understanding of Caterpillar, Komatsu and Hitachi machinery
• Strong communication & people skills
• Strong computer and systems skills and knowledge
• Previous project coordination/supervision experience
