About the Role

The successful intern will gain practical, hands-on exposure to the daily responsibilities of a Business Analyst within a dynamic and innovative environment. Youll have the opportunity to work on live projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop a strong foundation in business analysis, communication, and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop business analysis skills by working closely with non-technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

  • Translate business needs into technical scopes, considering feasibility, cost, and customer satisfaction.

  • Support Project Managers in mapping out detailed business requirements and project workflows.

  • Learn and apply BA tools and templates such as UML activity diagrams, Gantt charts, wireframes, and process documentation.

  • Assist in technical design discussions to ensure alignment between system specifications and business goals.

Skills & Criteria

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset to adapt to unique and evolving business ideas.

  • Basic understanding of programming languages (e.g., Java, PHP, HTML, CSS).

  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.

  • Good documentation and writing skills to prepare internal and external requirement documents.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, agile environment with effective prioritization.
