About the Role

The School is seeking an Administration Assistant to join our Administrative Support Centre (ASC) in a full-time and term-time only role, commencing in January 2026.

As the Administration Assistant for the ASC, you will play an important role in supporting the academic and operational areas of the School, contributing to the smooth delivery of teaching and learning programs.

This position involves a variety of administrative responsibilities, including managing documents and data, preparing academic and event materials, coordinating student awards, and assisting with School communications. This role also provides support to our School Reception.

About You

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, such as Business Administration
  • A minimum of three years' experience working in a similar role in a medium to large organisation 
  • Demonstrated advanced computer skills, including a sound understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
  • A high level of integrity, diplomacy, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Eligibility for a Working with Children Check (also known as a Blue Card).
