About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Graphic Designer who can do more than just design – we're looking for someone who can conceptualise and lead campaigns from idea to execution. Based at our South Granville head office, you'll work closely with the Marketing Manager and a passionate team to create and develop innovative, high-impact visuals for our humanitarian projects and fundraising campaigns.

You'll take ownership of design projects from briefing to delivery, ensuring every piece of content connects emotionally and drives action across social, digital, print and events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative concept development for campaigns, digital products and activations.
  • Design and produce graphics for social media, web, email, print, events, infographics, GIFs and short videos.
  • Create UI/UX designs and prototypes for websites, landing pages and digital tools (wireframes, user flows, responsive layouts).
  • Collaborate with marketing, fundraising and tech teams to ensure user-centred design principles across all digital channels.
  • Develop campaign assets and brand extensions that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and on brand, balancing multiple priorities.

About You

  • 5+ years in a senior graphic/design role (agency or in-house).
  • A portfolio showcasing campaign work
  • Expert with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator essential; After Effects, XD, Figma or similar highly regarded).
  • Strong conceptual and storytelling ability – able to take a brief and propose original ideas and user journeys.
  • Experience with animation, illustration, video editing and/or UI design is a plus.
  • Skilled at translating marketing objectives into engaging visuals across all channels.
  • Comfortable working independently as well as in a team, managing multiple projects under deadlines.
  • Passion for social impact or experience in a purpose-driven environment desirable.
