THE OPPORTUNITY

Our client is seeking an Associate Dentist for Townsville. These positions offer variety, growth, and an opportunity to join thriving, privately owned clinics equipped with state-of-the-art technology and supported by a well-established patient base.

The full-time dentist will step into an established role.

ABOUT YOU

  • A patient-centric dentist with 2+ years of experience (grads also considered).
  • You are a team player, you like working in collaborative environments where cases can be discussed among peers
  • You have a friendly chairside manner and have the ability to communicate well and make anyone feel comfortable
  • Be a people person and make an impact on the community
  • Confident in general dentistry; skills in wisdom tooth extractions, aligners, or implants are a bonus.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively present and convert treatment plans.
  • A team player with a positive attitude, willing to adapt and grow with the practice.
  • You have AHPRA registration without conditions
  • You hold current professional indemnity insurance
  • You have a growth mindset and are always open to improvement and learning new things
