  • Salary range: $176,619 to $182,041 p.a. (DO3)
  • 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
  • 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
  • Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available

About your opportunity

The purpose of this role is to deliver high quality oral health services within the Townsville Hospital and Health Service (HHS).

Requirements:

Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration

  • Appointment to this position requires proof of qualification and registration or membership (if applicable) with the appropriate registration authority or association.
  • If you have stated you have attained a tertiary level qualification (e.g. degree/diploma) or other significant qualification you must provide acceptable validation of this claim, such as a copy of the qualification.
  • All applicants must be awarded Scope of Clinical Practice (SoCP) by the Townsville HHS Credentialing and SoCP committee.
  • Travel: The Principal Dentist will be required to visit and may be rostered to work in other facilities at various locations across the Townsville Hospital and Health Service.
  • The incumbent may be required to travel in this position by road, air or sea and drive Queensland Health vehicles to meet operational requirements of the position.
  • This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
