The role:

We're looking for a
Senior Account Manager
to grow and nurture relationships across boutique agencies and direct clients. This role is all about building a portfolio that delivers real commercial impact. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where no two days look the same.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Prospecting, maintaining and growing revenue-generating client relationships
  • Identifying opportunities to optimise revenue with smart, tailored solutions
  • Responding to briefs with compelling, innovative proposals
  • Negotiating and closing deals in line with business strategy
  • Mentoring and supporting junior team members
  • Delivering accurate weekly WIP, forecasting and sales reporting
  • Prospecting, maintaining and growing revenue-generating relationships
  • Identifying opportunities to optimise revenue by proposing saleable solutions
  • Responding effectively to client briefs and needs
  • Negotiating and closing deals in line with business strategy
  • Mentoring junior team members
  • Preparation of weekly WIP/Sales report/forecasting.

About you:

You're a confident media professional with a proven track record of growing client relationships and hitting sales targets. Resilient, driven and collaborative, you know how to balance business growth with client success. This role suits an experienced Account Manager looking for the next step or a hungry Senior Exec ready to step up.We'd love to see:

  • Media sales experience with agency and/or direct clients (preferred)
  • Strong existing agency/client relationships (bonus points)
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure
  • Experience developing sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with innovative thinking to unlock new business
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Confidence in picking up the phone and making things happen
