We're currently seeking experienced Forklift Operator to join our dedicated Altona North team on the PM shift (3 PM start).

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering long-term stability, great conditions, and the chance to be part of a high-performing logistics operation that connects customers across Australia.

As a Forklift Operator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring freight is loaded, unloaded, and handled safely and efficiently. You'll work collaboratively within our operations team to support interstate and regional freight movements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely load and unload palletised freight from trucks and containers

• Move, stack, and store freight with accuracy and care

• Inspect load restraints, packaging, and freight condition before dispatch

• Report any damages or equipment faults immediately

• Palletise and prepare freight for travel where required

• Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards are always met

• Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily operational targets

• Overtime opportunities available as needed

• Valid Forklift Licence (LF) – essential

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a transport or logistics environment

• Experience with long-tyne forklifts highly regarded

• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment

• Knowledge of load restraint and Dangerous Goods handling desirable

• Strong commitment to safety and WHS compliance

• Excellent attitude, reliability, and attention to detail

• Permanent, full-time role with a 3 PM start
