About the role

Tudor Glass' is seeking an experienced Administrator to join our vibrant team in our Willetton, WA office. This part-time role will provide administrative and customer service support to our growing glass industry business. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering incoming phone calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  2. Processing orders, invoices and other customer-related documentation
  3. Maintaining accurate records and databases
  4. Contributing to the continuous improvement of our administrative processes

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, ideally within the Glass or Building industry or a related field
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach
  3. Strong organisational and time management abilities with an eye for detail
  4. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office 365 & MYOB accounting
  5. A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently
