Master Tops is seeking a motivated Admin Assistant with experience in the kitchen or cabinetry industry to join our growing team.

About the Role

This full-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of office administration and customer interaction. You'll be assisting our full-time administrator while also working directly with clients, helping to secure jobs and keep projects running smoothly.

Hours: 4 weekdays pm, plus Saturdays 9am–1pm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reading and quoting from kitchen plans
  • Assisting customers with enquiries and selections
  • Preparing accurate quotes and following up to win jobs
  • Supporting the full-time admin with day-to-day tasks
  • General office administration as required

About You

  • Experience in kitchens, cabinetry, or stone benchtops (essential)
  • Confident in reading and quoting from plans
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
