TINTINO is a hybrid wine shop and restaurant, serving drinks by the glass and the bottle. We're passionate about honest flavours, seasonal ingredients, and creating a menu that brings joy to every table.

Situated in the heart of old Kingston on Kennedy Street, with a gorgeous fully renovated space and brand-new kitchen to step into, we are seeking talented, creative industry-driven individuals to be part of Tintino

Who we are looking for

We're on the hunt for casual team members who are ready to put their stamp on Tintino. We need someone who's collaborative, creative, confident, and excited to build a dining experience that complements our laid-back charm and growing reputation. We want a team who can bring a large venue mentality to a small hybrid space.

We are currently searching for:

  • Chef/CDP - Casual
  • Kitchenhand - Casual
Chef / Chef de Partie (CDP) - Casual

Must be available on weekends and evenings.

Opportunities for skill development and training.

You and The Role:

  • Assist the team in daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Contribute to menu development and food preparation with creativity and precision.
  • Service-oriented approach with keen attention to detail and initiative.
Kitchenhand - Casual

You and The Role:

  • Cleaning and maintaining a sanitary kitchen environment, before, during and after service.
  • Strong adherence to hygiene standards.
  • Assist the kitchen team with food preparation.
  • Service-oriented approach with keen attention to detail.

Please take note, the kitchen operates Wednesday dinner, and Thursday to Saturday lunch and dinner, with the addition of a Sunday late afternoon service.
