Your opportunity
As Customer Data Insight Analyst, you'll be reporting to the Head of, Client Value Management and will be responsible for building predictive models to forecast client behaviour and assist in the development of client segmentation models to enable personalised marketing and value propositions for different client groups. Working side by side with people who go the extra mile, you'll also love the feeling of helping children and adults who need us. Here's how you'll do it:
- Deliver Data-Driven Insights to Drive Client Engagement, Retention and Commercial Impact
- Develop Client Segmentation and Predictive Models to Inform Strategy
- Collaborate with IT and Finance Reporting Teams to Enhance Data Infrastructure
- Leverage CRM Platforms and Stay Aligned with Evolving Data Technologies
- Deliver Insightful Reporting to Drive Business Decisions
- Communicate Insights Effectively and Embed Data-Driven Thinking Across the Business
What you'll bring
We believe the successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving client retention and increasing lifetime value. You'll bring:
- Experience with Machine Learning or Advanced Analytics Techniques
- Familiarity with Marketing Automation Platforms and Customer Journey Tools
- Relevant Tertiary Qualifications in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in data extraction, reviewing, providing insights and recommendations to the business
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills
