Ingham Health Service is part of the Rural Hospitals Service Group, delivering integrated healthcare across inpatient, emergency, surgical, and community-based services. Located in the Hinchinbrook Shire, the facility supports a diverse population with access to Allied Health, X-ray, Pharmacy, and more.

Competitive salary and benefits

  • Salary between $ – $ per fortnight (Nurse Grade 6, Band 1).
  • 4 to 6 weeks p.a. recreational leave with % loading.

About your opportunity

As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide advanced nursing care, leadership, and education within a multidisciplinary team. You'll support best practice outcomes across emergency, inpatient, and community settings, contributing to quality improvement and mentoring junior staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • Current registration with AHPRA and practising certificate.
  • Evidence of vaccination or immunity to VPDs and TB screening.
  • Experience in Emergency Department and Adult Life Support certification (highly desirable).
  • Ability to work all shifts and participate in on-call roster.
  • A probationary period may apply.
