  • Resourceful as hell. You can book a last-minute Euro trip for 20 people, keep multiple properties maintained, and still send thank-you cards. You're always three steps ahead. You could probably run a small country.
  • Independent. You don't wait to be shown or taught. You just figure it out.
  • Cool-headed. Thick-skinned. High standards. Zero fuss.
  • Flexible. You know entrepreneur life isn't 9–5. It's rhythm-based. Sometimes mad. Sometimes mellow. You move with it.
