About Us

We are a professional and fast-growing agency specialising in visa, education, and migration services. Our mission is to support international clients—especially Chinese-speaking students and migrants—in navigating the complex Australian visa and education system.

We are now looking for a Mandarin-speaking Consultant to join our team. If you are passionate about international education and migration, and love helping people achieve life-changing goals, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide tailored advice and assistance on student visas, visitor visas, work visas, and migration pathways (e.g. 485, 491, 482, 186, 820/801).
  • Assist with school/enrolment applications, course packaging, and COE management.
  • Support clients through the entire study-to-migration journey.
  • Manage visa and migration applications, including documentation preparation, lodgement, and follow-up.
  • Stay updated on changes in Australian immigration law and education policy.
  • Communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English with clients via phone, email, and in person.
  • Maintain client records using internal CRM systems.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written).
  • At least 1 year of experience in education consultancy, migration, or visa processing preferred.
  • Knowledge of Australian visa subclasses and education systems highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases at once.
