About us

Built 2 Last Constructions specializes in maintenance and renovation work for large Builders, Real-Estate Agents and Community Housing across Adelaide- regional and metro areas, holding an excellent reputation in the industry. We are a family orientated company, working in a close group where everybody works as a team. If you are a team player, enthusiastic, self motivated and can show initiative this is the place for you.

We currently have 2 positions available for a qualified full time Maintenance employee and are also searching for a full time Painter. B2LC are also happy to sub contract to the right person.  A probationary period will be mandatory.

Qualifications & experience

  • General maintenance on properties including roof and gutter repairs, flushing, painting, carpentry, and tiling. Basic blocked drains, small amounts of plumbing - tap washers etc. Gardening, general construction and demolition. Renovations and fit outs.
  • Must have reliable transport and drivers license, suitable for work.
  • Must be reliable, hold excellent communication skills, able to follow instructions, use and learn new software.
  • Must have own tools basic tools.
  • Must be knowledgeable of some of the above areas and have contactable references.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • General maintenance (handyman) Trade back grounds are preferred
  • Liaise with customers onsite
  • Effectively communicate with other team members

Please no time wasters, MUST have trade experience
