About your role:

Model personal recovery, self-awareness, self-belief, self-advocacy and hopefulness by sharing your own story of recovery to inspire and instil confidence in others.

Serve as a positive role model, connecting with clients and staff to provide a positive example of recovery and act as a source of information by drawing on personal experiences of mental health issues, substance use and recovery.

Utilise your lived experience, skills and knowledge of recovery to actively participate in meeting the education and training needs of clients and staff.
