The Role

We're looking for a Client Service Officer to be the backbone of our client experience. This is a full-time role based in our Maroochydore office, although we are open to considering a permanent part-time arrangement for the right candidate. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting our financial advisers and ensuring every interaction with our clients is smooth, professional, and positive. You'll be involved in:

· Preparing and maintaining accurate client documents and records in our online systems

· Scheduling and setting up client meetings, helping ensure our day-to-day operations run seamlessly

· Managing client communications by phone and email, providing timely and professional responses

· Assisting with advice preparation and implementation to support our advisers in delivering exceptional service

· Contributing to the smooth running of the office and fostering a collaborative, team-focused environment

About You

You're someone who thrives in an organised, people-focused role. You'll ideally bring:

· years' experience in administration, financial services, or a similar environment

· Strong communication and organisational skills, with an eye for detail

· A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to step up when needed

· Confidence learning new systems and contributing to a team that supports and inspires each other
