Description

As the Asset & Performance Lead, you'll be responsible for implementing and enhancing asset management systems, monitoring KPIs, and delivering insights that support continuous improvement and contractual compliance.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation, governance, and optimisation of asset management systems.
  • Monitor and analyse contract KPIs to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reporting tools to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure service delivery excellence.
  • Support compliance with ISO 55000 principles and other relevant asset management standards.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in asset and performance management.

What you'll bring

  • Qualification in Asset Management or Data Analytics is desirable. 
  • Experience in asset management within road maintenance or a similar industry.
  • Strong proficiency in asset management platforms and data tools (e.g. GIS, SQL).
  • Experience developing and managing KPI frameworks and performance reporting.
