About the role

Ellysian Beauty, a leading provider of premium beauty services in Erina Heights NSW, is seeking a skilled and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our close-knit team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional treatments and enhancing the wellbeing of our loyal clients.

What you'll be doing

• Performing a variety of beauty treatments, including facials, body treatments, waxing, brows and lashes, spray tan
• Providing personalised consultations to understand client needs and recommend tailored treatment plans
• Ensuring a high standard of hygiene and safety in all treatment areas
• Maintaining detailed client records and following up on treatment progression
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of our services
• Promoting retail products and services to clients, contributing to the overall success of the business

What we're looking for

• A relevant beauty therapy qualification, such as a Diploma in Beauty Therapy
• At least 1 year of experience working as a Beauty Therapist in a salon or spa environment
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality treatments
• A passion for the beauty industry and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques
• A positive, friendly, and professional attitude that aligns with our company values
