Established in 1915, Haigh's Chocolates is the oldest family-owned chocolate maker in Australia. Run by fourth generation Haigh's family, we employ over 900 people across 22 retail stores currently located in Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney and Canberra, as well as online, plus two factories and head office. Using only the finest and freshest ingredients, Haigh's prides itself on being a chocolate 'bean to bar' specialist, committed to the art of premium chocolate making. Haigh's roast their own cocoa beans, ethically sourced from plantations around the world, to create a unique blend of premium milk and dark chocolate.  Through meticulous artisan skills that include handmade chocolate creation and finishing, combined with advanced manufacturing equipment and techniques, Haigh's creates exquisite chocolates that look and taste delicious.We're excited to welcome the first intake of new team members to our brand-new Fulfilment Centre in Salisbury South We have multiple casual positions available, giving you the chance to join our motivated and friendly team supporting both Online and Corporate Sales through Christmas and beyond. Shifts run Monday to Friday, with trading hours largely between 7 am-6 pm, with some weekend work and occasional late-night trade (up to 9 pm finishes).

As part of this first group of new starters, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, making every order as special as the chocolates inside.

You'll help bring joy to our customers by:

  • Picking and packing premium chocolate products to strict guidelines and specifications
  • Dispatching orders accurately and on time
  • Replenishing stock and maintaining inventory
  • Supporting the fulfilment team with daily tasks
  • Assisting with stocktakes and general duties

We're looking for individuals who are passionate about quality and customer service, with:

  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure every order is perfect
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • A methodical and systematic approach to tasks
  • A collaborative attitude and willingness to support the team
  • Initiative, professionalism and a problem-solving mindset
  • Previous warehouse, fulfilment or retail experience (an advantage but not essential)
