About the Role

Working closely with our experienced Managing Pharmacist, you'll lead and motivate the retail team to deliver outstanding customer experiences every day. Your leadership will be key in shaping store success—driving sales, maintaining operational standards, and helping implement new initiatives that enhance both business performance and community health outcomes.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering knowledgeable, compassionate customer service and health advice
  • Overseeing OTC sales and supporting holistic healthcare solutions
  • Managing stock, ordering, and supplier relationships
  • Leading visual merchandising and in-store presentation (including planograms)
  • Coordinating team training through our online learning platform
  • Supporting daily pharmacy operations including rostering, PBS claims, and admin
  • Assisting in the dispensary as required
