We are currently seeking a friendly, engaging, and reliable Female Disability Support Worker to join our dedicated team on a casual basis to provide backfill support across multiple clients in the Bayside region, including Wynnum, Birkdale, and Capalaba.

Shifts:
This role is ideal for a female support worker who is passionate about providing high-quality, person-centred care and is available for casual day (am/pm) shifts on weekdays and weekends.

About the Role:
As a Disability Support Worker, you will be working with clients with diverse needs, including those with psychosocial disabilities. Your support will empower individuals to maintain independence, participate in their communities, and achieve personal goals.

About You:

  • Experience supporting individuals with mental health and/or psychosocial disabilities
  • Skilled in Manual Handling and Medication Assistance
  • Excellent communication skills and a person-centred approach
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to different support environments
  • Reliable and flexible availability for casual shifts
Casual Rates (incl. 25% loading):
  • Day: $33.96/hr
  • Afternoon: $37.36/hr
  • Night (active): $38.04/hr
  • Saturday: $47.55/hr
  • Sunday: $61.13/hr
  • Public Holiday: $74.72/hr
What You'll Need
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification
  • Valid driver's licence and vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • QLD Blue Card
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check / QLD Yellow Card
  • Completion of NDIS Quality, Safety and You online modules
