About the Role

As Business Development Manager (Sydney North Metro / Northern NSW) you'll take full ownership of your territory managing strong existing accounts while driving new business growth across the pharmacy and health channels.

You'll be on the road most days, building genuine partnerships, maximising sales, and elevating brand visibility through premium in-store execution and education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strengthen relationships with existing retail partners through regular visits, follow-up, and business planning.
  • Drive territory growth by identifying and securing new stockists.
  • Execute campaigns, activations, and promotions to deliver sales and brand impact.
  • Conduct engaging product training and in-store demonstrations.
  • Ensure premium merchandising standards are maintained.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyse data, and exceed targets.
  • Provide valuable insights on market trends and competitor activity.

About You

You're a dynamic, results-driven sales professional who loves being out on the road and building success from the ground up. You're as confident talking strategy with a buyer as you are inspiring in-store teams.

  • Hold a current driver's licence and are comfortable travelling regularly within NSW Sydney North Metro / Northern NSW.
