Be part of an exciting Bar in the heart of Subiaco. We're in the process of re-branding and relaunching a Bar in Subiaco and we're searching for a hospitality leader of the highest calibre to bring it to life. This isn't just a job. It's your opportunity to create something remarkable from the ground up.
What You'll Do:
- Work with the Owners to establish and deliver a comprehensive pre-opening strategy
- Connect with local patrons, suppliers, and community leaders to embed the venue within the social fabric of the area
People Management:
Build and lead a passionate, high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences
Inspire your team with vision, warmth, and professionalism
On the operational front you will be responsible for:
Opening and closing
- Cash handling
- Managing rosters and controlling costs
- Creating and Updating beverage menus
- Serving customers
- Checking and organising bookings
- Maintaining and cleaning and tidy venue
What You Bring:
- Proven leadership success managing premium, bar and dining venues
- A natural ability to connect with guests and motivate teams
- Deep pride in creating consistent, beautiful experiences
- Leadership presence, creativity, and strategic thinking
