your opportunity

As the Business Development Consultant (known internally as Employment Solutions Partner) you will be an integral part of a team that provides tailored employment related services to employers with the aim of sourcing employment opportunities for our job seekers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Build Lasting Employer Relationships: Engage face-to-face with local employers to create a strong pipeline of opportunities, fostering trust and long-term collaboration.

  • Get Moving: You are forward facing, on the road, and out and about in the community

  • Champion Youth Aspirations: Work closely with young people to uncover their career goals and guide them toward fulfilling employment pathways.

  • Advise with Insight: Educate employers on current labour market trends, available incentives, and strategic hiring opportunities to support youth employment.

  • Match with Purpose: Marketing our talented youth to ensure precise job matching that leads to sustainable and successful outcomes.
