DnA Management Consulting, a trusted leader in Aged Care and NDIS recruitment, has partnered with a dynamic mid-sized Aged Care provider in Sydney to drive their talent acquisition as they expand their team. These roles commence 30th June 25 & we have multiple facilities throughout the Sutherland Shire & Inner West.

As a Housekeeper, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout our aged care facility. This role covers a mix of general cleaning, laundry duties and support with light household tasks. You'll ensure our residents enjoy a clean, safe, and comfortable living space every day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, etc.)

  • Maintain external spaces (balconies, courtyards)

  • Replenish supplies, toiletries, and linen

  • Operate cleaning and laundry equipment safely

  • Manage laundry services (wash, dry, iron, return items to residents)

  • Follow infection control and health & safety protocols

  • Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly

  • Prepare and clear dining rooms before/after meal service

What You'll Need:

Essential:

  • 2–3 years' experience in a similar housekeeping or cleaning role

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check

  • Physically fit with attention to detail

  • Effective English reading, writing, and verbal skills

  • Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends, AM and PM shifts

Desirable:

  • 3–5 years' experience in aged care or healthcare cleaning

  • Certificate III in Hospitality or Health Support Services (or working towards)

  • First Aid & Food Safety Certification
