About the Company

The Ritz-Carlton, Perth is a prominent anchor point within Perth's Elizabeth Quay development. Sitting just 30 metres from the waterfront, the 205-room hotel occupies a 28-storey tower, which also includes a selection of impressive residential apartments. The Ritz-Carlton, Perth, together with The Towers at Elizabeth Quay, an upscale residential development located beside the hotel, sits atop exclusive retail space, fine-dining experiences, and waterfront access. The Ritz-Carlton, Perth also offers guests world-class amenities, including four distinctive restaurants and bars. About the Role

Duties

  • Complete checklists to report cleanliness and condition of each assigned area Collect dirty laundry from guest rooms and deliver clean laundry.
  • Identify room assignments and type of cleaning required for each room. Assist with deep cleaning of pantries, storerooms, and public areas.
  • Inspect guest rooms after being cleaned by Housekeeper. Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments.
  • Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees; serve as a role model. Move or remove furniture for deep cleaning or special setups.
  • Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications; properly store flammable materials.

Skills & Experience

  • Unrestricted working rights for Australia
  • Minimum, 1 year experience in a similar role
