Let the Journey begin….KINNECT Bundaberg are excited to welcome a new Occupational Health Nurse to our team. Ideally we're seeking a full-time position, but we're open to flexibility for the right person – whether you're looking for four days a week or school hours over five days, we're happy to find a schedule that works for you.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse seeking a rewarding role with genuine work/life balance. In this role, you'll be an integral part of our friendly and supportive team, conducting pre-employment medicals and contributing to a positive and collaborative workplace culture.

Your day-to-day will include:- Conducting Pre-Employment, Periodic and Health Surveillance Medical assessments.
- Performing Respirator or Mask Fit-Testing.
- Performing Urine and Saliva Drug and Alcohol Testing.
- Collecting Blood Serology and Pathology samples.
- Conducting Neurological, Skin, Respiratory and Cardiovascular Medical Assessments.
- Administering Immunisations (if registered).
- Taking on occasional project work at client sites.

- You're a Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration—this is essential
- You have experience as an Occupational Health Nurse or come from an ED or clinical background.
- You excel at building rapport and strong relationships.
- You're quick on your feet and thrive in a dynamic team environment.
- You hold a current Driver's Licence and have reliable transport.
