About the Role:

We are seeking passionate basketball coaches to inspire young athletes in our after-school program. This is a fantastic opportunity for:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach core basketball fundamentals (dribbling, shooting, passing, defence) through engaging drills

  • Supervise games and activities ensuring safety at all times
  • (For high school assistants) Support head coaches and develop mentoring skills

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

✓ Basketball playing/coaching experience (all levels considered)

✓ Ability to connect with and motivate children aged 5-12

✓ Positive attitude and patience with beginner players

✓ For applicants 18+: Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)

✓ For high school students: Enthusiasm to learn coaching skills
