About Us

A leading organisation in the medical products and healthcare solutions sector, this well-established business supports customers across Australia and New Zealand. Due to continued growth and ongoing digital transformation, they are now seeking a System Support Specialist to join their high-performing Customer Service & Supply Chain team. This role offers an immediate start. This position is a full time role (Monday to Friday).

This role can either be offered as a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract role at $90K + Super, OR as a casual position at $45/hr + Super. Under both arrangements there is potential to transition to a permanent role based on tenure and performance.

About the Role

As a System Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Supporting the implementation of new technology within Customer Service
  • Acting as SME for systems including JDE, Salesforce, EDI and phone platforms
  • Managing system issues, troubleshooting and supporting continuous improvements
  • Designing and documenting UAT and process updates
  • Leading and supporting system-related projects
  • Ensuring tools and systems are followed across the wider business

To Be Successful, You Will Have:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar customer service or technical support role
  • Experience in medical, FMCG, logistics or supply chain industries (desired)
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to work across multiple systems
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Must successfully pass a Drug & Alcohol test
