Norther Metro and Mitchell Local Health Service Network are seeking applications from motivated and suitably experienced Associate Director.

About the Role:

This new position presents an exciting opportunity to work alongside the Executive Director of the North Metro and Mitchell Local Health Service Network to coordinate and manage delivery of a portfolio of diverse projects, each guided by a partner-based committee, to ensure high-quality execution and alignment with strategic initiatives as detailed in the Statement of Expectations.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Strong and proven project management track record, achieving KPI's, meeting targets and able to adapt to changing requirements.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a collaborative approach with members of multi-disciplinary teams, committees and groups to ensuring engagement in projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in health care-based partnership and service improvement projects
