The Sanctuary of Early Learning team is growing and we need you Come and join a leading provider in Early Childhood Education on the Mornington Peninsula. Currently employing at our Frankston Beach, Mt Eliza House and Seaford House locations for both Certificate III and Diploma Educators.
The Sanctuary of Early Learning consists of four centres under the same providers on the Mornington Peninsula, offering you a more personal approach to your working environment. With multiple locations, there are various opportunities to grow within our teams.
We believe it is imperative for the children to get out into the wider community. This is why we strive to go on as many excursions as we can fit into our weeks across all ages. These excursions vary between each centre, however some examples include; Intergenerational Programs, Beach and Bush Kinder, Library visits, Nippers and much more.
Our incursions are just as important to us to ensure that the children are exposed to a variety of different learning opportunities. The current regular incursions at our centres include but are not limited to; Spanish lessons, Music and Movement, Play Ball/Sports, Bale and Grow Sustainability. We also encourage the families to utilize Mobile Dentists every 6 months who visit our centres.
Staff wellbeing is paramount to us and is reflected in our wellbeing program. We believe in celebrating our Educators in meaningful ways therefore this program may look a little different at each service, depending on the needs and desires of the educators. Our Wellbeing program is constantly being reassessed and improved with input from all staff members.
Ideally, candidates should have the following skills and experience:

Diploma and certificate 3 positions are available.

Current employee Working with Children's Check and police check (or willing to obtain)

Current first aid certificates, Mandatory Reporting training, Do Food Safely certificate and allergy training.
We are currently seeking permanent full time positions to be worked over 4 or 5 days per week.
