STRONG Pilates is an Australian fitness franchise taking advantage of the low-impact exercise revolution. STRONG first launched in 2019 and has quickly grown, with over 100 franchises sold across 5 countries. Our classes are a fitness experience with more. 45 minutes of Pilates-inspired resistance training with a side of rowing or riding. A high-intensity, low impact format for one of the most challenging and effective workouts you can do. A different class each day, all day.

We are on the hunt for a rockstar Early Childhood Educator to join our innovative team at our Frankston-based STRONG Pilates & Recovery studio. This is an exciting and rare opportunity to be part of an amazing team and to assist in the supervision of our mini STRONG Humans.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Prior experience in a kindergarten/early childhood sector, however not exclusively at a childcare centre.
  • A warm personality, confidence and love of young children.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptability to effectively navigate evolving situations.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with a flexible and adaptable demeanour.
  • Currently hold or working towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education.
  • Current Working with Children's Check and police check (or willing to obtain).
  • Current first aid & CPR certificates.

In terms of available hours, we are currently looking for someone to assist our 8.20am & 9.20am M-F and 10.20am W+F Kid's Corner sessions.
