Our mission at Physique Performance Specialists South Perth is to help raise the standard of professionalism in the fitness industry. We specifically like to help 'non-gym people' boost their confidence and build self-belief using strength training.

We believe in treating people like names, not numbers in the gym and aim to put the personal back into personal training.

Over the past 9 x years we have expanded to 5 x private training facilities across Perth where we have transformed 1000's lives and built a world-class coaching team. This is only the beginning

About the Role

We are seeking a Strength & Body Composition Coach who is a people person and passionate about strength training and nutrition.

This position will mainly involve running our semi-private (small group) strength classes and 1-1 PT sessions, as well as providing external accountability to support their goals.

About You:

You are a passionate and outgoing strength coach who knows their way around a barbell. More importantly, you are great with people, a strong communicator and know how to connect with everyday people.

As a coach, you take pride in yourself and like to lead by example.

You are growth-minded and constantly seeking to further your development as a coach. You're also a team player who wants to contribute to the community's overall growth.

You live within 10-15km of our facility in South Perth and own your own car + laptop computer. You have a minimum Cert IV in Fitness, First Aid and Insurance.
