About Us

Bodies by Madie is an online coaching business helping women build confidence, strength, and balance through sustainable training with a signature glute focus, nutrition, and lifestyle habits. We're a fast-growing team that prides itself on results, realness, and relationships - empowering every woman to become her strongest, most confident self inside and out.

We're looking for an experienced coach to join our team and help support our growing client base across both our Premium Coaching and Glute Project programs. You'll be part of a supportive, high-performing team that values growth, accountability, and authenticity.

The Role

As a Bodies by Madie Online Coach, you'll:

  • Manage and support clients through 1:1 online coaching, check-ins, and accountability systems.
  • Provide personalised training and nutrition guidance aligned with client goals.
  • Deliver high-quality communication, feedback, and support to ensure client success.
  • Maintain a strong grasp of the Bodies by Madie coaching philosophy and brand voice.
  • Contribute to ongoing team discussions around client experience, program development, and innovation.
  • Engage with the community and support them with daily motivation, insights and connection.
  • Collaborate with the team to uphold a high standard of service delivery and community culture.

Who You Are

  • A qualified fitness coach with at least 1-2 years of experience in online or in-person coaching.
  • Confident in both training and nutrition principles and able to adapt them to real-life clients.
  • Highly organised and reliable with excellent communication skills.
  • Genuinely passionate about women's health, mindset, and body confidence.
  • Self-driven but team-oriented - you can work independently while staying connected.
  • Comfortable using coaching software (e.g., TrueCoach, MyFitnessPal, Trainerize, etc.) and open to learning new systems.

Desirable Skills

  • Cert III & IV in Fitness (or equivalent qualification)
  • Nutrition or dietetics background (formal or applied)
  • Experience with community-based coaching programs
  • Social media confidence - being comfortable creating educational or motivational content is a plus
