A leading private equity backed technology business is seeking a Group Finance Manager to join its high-performing finance team. This pivotal role will oversee the Group's financial reporting processes, act as the primary contact for external auditors, and provide leadership across consolidation, compliance, and technical accounting matters.

The key duties of the role will include, but not be limited to:

  • Lead the half-year and year-end financial reporting process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage Group consolidations, statutory accounts, and coordinate external audit engagements.
  • Provide technical accounting leadership, including interpretation and implementation of new standards.
  • Oversee tax compliance in partnership with external advisors (including transfer pricing and R&D incentives).
  • Drive process improvements across reporting and month-end close, delivering insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Mentor and develop a small team of accountants, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.

About You

  • CA/CPA qualified with 8–10 years' experience in group reporting, consolidation, and technical accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards - Big 4 background and listed company experience highly regarded.
  • Exposure to SaaS, subscription, or high-growth businesses advantageous.
  • Proven people management skills, with the ability to lead, coach, and develop a team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
