The role - Finance Transformation Manager

Are you a highly experienced Finance professional with a passion for large-scale transformation? Do you have a proven track record of successfully guiding Finance functions through an SAP S/4HANA implementation?

Endeavour is embarking on our One Endeavour Program, a critical Finance Transformation journey implementing a new SAP ERP and One Stream Financial platform. We are seeking a results-driven Finance Transformation Manager to join us ASAP and play a pivotal role in delivering this monumental program through to its successful completion.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:

This role is integral to realizing the Finance Transformation agenda and requires deep practical experience in major ERP rollouts. You will be expected to lead key phases of the implementation:

• Implemented a large-scale ERP for Finance (ideally SAP S/4HANA), driving the build, configuration, and deployment to deliver best-in-class, end-to-end finance processes and capabilities..
• Support the data cleansing, data migration, and data governance framework for Finance, ensuring the data approach is fully aligned with the One Endeavour program and our Data and Analytics team.
• Be actively involved in post-go-live hypercare and stabilisation, ensuring the new system delivers specific performance and success metrics, and drives the realized business case benefits.
• Champion strong change management experiences, engaging, influencing and collaborating across Finance, Merchandise, Supply Chain, and Technology teams.
• You'll drive prioritization based on business impact and hold external parties to account for successful outcomes.

Qualifications

Now let's talk about you:

The ideal candidate will combine deep financial expertise with hands-on SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.

• 10 years of experience in financial accounting, external reporting, finance partnering and corporate finance.
• Extensive experience with successful Finance technology programs, specifically with ownership over core business processes in a large-scale SAP ERP implementation (S/4HANA preferred).
• A breadth of Finance experiences, with prior experience in Retail or Consumer Goods being highly regarded.
• Demonstrated ability to influence, facilitate, and negotiate effectively with senior leaders and external partners.
• Exceptional skills in prioritization and problem-solving, with a proven track record of working under pressure to meet tight project deadlines.
• Passionate about automating core processes through leveraging technology and data to unlock teams from manual activities to drive value (Finance 2030 vision).
• Strong leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring and driving team performance.
