Elderbloom is currently seeking experienced part-time housekeeping staff across our facilities for immediate start.

Elderbloom Community Care Centres is a not-for-profit organization situated in the northern suburbs and we offer a range of high-quality aged care accommodation and support services.

At Elderbloom we are dedicated to the quality of our services and programmes, the development of our people, leadership and organisational development.

As a member of the Elderbloom Housekeeping team you will be:

  • Providing quality domestic cleaning services to residents in accordance with their needs and standards
  • Meeting infection control criteria and all legislative requirements.
  • Complying with the Aged Care Quality standards.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of multidisciplinary staff.
  • Maintaining a safe work environment which complies with WHS principals and guidelines.

To be successful applicant you will be/have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Good time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Understanding of use of chemicals

Essential criteria for all positions include:

  • Proof of current flu vaccination status
  • Proof of current COVID vaccination status
  • Current National Police Certificate (minimum of 6 months) or willing to undergo a Criminal Clearance Check
  • Right to work in Australia
